Unsupportive Beliefs

Imagine Your Life If You No Longer Believed…
Which belief below would you like to release? Imagine how you would feel and behave no longer holding this belief!

  • No matter what I do it’s never good enough.

  • I can't trust myself to make good choices.

  • If I didn’t feel guilty, I would do it again.

  • If I’m not unhappy about my present situation, I wouldn’t try to improve it.

  • It’s better not to try, than to try and find out I’m incapable.

  • I don’t deserve to feel happy and be loved.
  • It’s bad to be unhappy.

  • I can’t feel good because… (I’m too old, too fat, not smart enough, don’t make enough money, didn’t get what I really wanted, etc.).

  • If I just let myself go and do what I want I would be bad for myself and others.

  • There must be something wrong with me.
