Unsupportive Beliefs
Imagine Your Life If You No Longer Believed…

- No matter what I do it’s never good enough.
- I can't trust myself to make good choices.
- If I didn’t feel guilty, I would do it again.

- I don’t deserve to feel happy and be loved.
